I’ve posted before that we don’t have a tv, so I am usually completely out of the loop when it comes to commercials.  However, we’re currently staying at my in-laws’ house for the next few months (long story) and they always have theirs on for “background noise.”  Which, as a side note, is a little bizarre since they now have four additional people in their house who make plenty of noise… but whatever.

Anyway, I saw this commercial for the first time yesterday and I am a little in love with it.  The little girl is just like my daughter - princess dress on the outside, but a little warrior on the inside.

This has absolutely nothing to do with atheism or secular parenting.  Sorry.  :-)  ~JJ

About

Avatar I'm JJ. Female. If you hang out with me you'll get thoughts on atheism, secular parenting, ethics, feminism and politics (liberal, pro-choice) and occasionally excerpts from conversations with my 8-year-old son (there's a link below for most of the conversations and parenting posts). I don't accept anonymous asks, but if you request a private response, I will oblige. Also, because I get asked a lot, my url comes from the phrase "Teach children HOW to think, not WHAT to think." That's my parenting philosophy in a nutshell.
