Product Overview

TCC-270 Shunting Centricleaners form an efficient system for removing light-weight contaminants, such as plastics, hotmelts, waxes and styrofoams. The system also removes shives and pitch formations efficiently. TCC-270 Shunting Centricleaner is designed to be located either before or after the TCC heavy reject centricleaner system. In fact, the two designs have a considerable number of common parts. TCC-270 Shunting Centricleaners system is a pulp thickener, with a thickening factor between 1.0-2.5 times. The higher the thickening factor, the higher the efficiency with which lightweight rejects can be removed. The thickening effect can minimize the need for other dewatering equipment.
